Qualifications and professional experience

As a certified Tax Advisor registered with the National Chamber of Tax Advisors and an Attorney-at-Law affiliated with the Regional Chamber of Attorneys at Law in Katowice, she specializes in providing expert tax advisory services tailored to both individual clients and businesses.

She holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Silesia in Katowice, completed with distinction. Currently, she is pursuing doctoral studies and actively teaches at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia. Her academic credentials are complemented by an international perspective, having studied at Masaryk University’s Faculty of Law under the Erasmus+ program.

Her comprehensive expertise includes guiding clients through complex tax-related processes, such as obtaining individual tax interpretations and Binding Rate Information (WIS). She has a proven track record of successfully representing clients in disputes with tax authorities, particularly in areas involving income tax and VAT.

In addition to her tax specialization, she brings valuable legal experience in business law, notably in the registration, liquidation, mergers, and transformations of Polish and international commercial companies. This broad legal insight equips her to provide robust, strategic tax advice, ensuring compliance and optimal financial outcomes for her clients.
